Motor
The motor with the greatest efficiency and savings on the market. The rotor with permanent magnets guarantees high performance, making it possible to draw more power per frame, reducing installation space and noise, in addition to guaranteeing efficiency levels greater than high efficiency motors defined by standards. The motor is driven by a WEG frequency inverter and offers constant torque in a wide speed range, guaranteeing operation at low speeds, with no need of a forced ventilation kit. The motor operates with much lower temperatures in the bearings, extending the lubrication intervals and increasing the bearings life time.
Drive system
WEG developed a specific software version for the standard CFW-11 inverter line to drive and control the Wmagnet motors. The Vector sensorless control technology allows the inverter to control motor speed from zero to its rated speed. Its also possible to obtain torque with zero speed due to the use of advanced control algorithms.
